Very often, we feature live entertainment at the market. From local bands to street performers, there's always something fun and exciting happening.
We're dedicated to giving back to the community. Our market partners with local organizations to promote food security and sustainability initiatives. With weekly donations to churches and other programs.
Every week our Local Master Gardeners are onsite to help you with just about any questions you might have about growing here in East Tennessee.
By shopping at our farmers market, you're supporting small businesses and helping to keep our local economy thriving. Plus, you'll get to enjoy high-quality products and delicious food.
Since 2008 our main focus at the Dixie Lee Farmers' Market is to create a family friendly forum for the community to come together in an environment that would not just be healthy physically, but economically as well. Taken straight from out original mission statement:
"Our sole purpose is to strengthen our community by providing you with a place to buy local, top quality fresh produce directly from the people who grew it. In doing this, we hope to give an opportunity to our local farmers, gardeners and crafts persons to promote their products.
